Nice Vice 0% Dairy Creamery - About
Nice Vice is Vancouver’s first ever 0% dairy, plant-based micro creamery. You’ve probably seen us driving around town in our cute Nice Vice Van – selling premium, dairy-free vice cream to the purists of Vancouver.
The Nice Vice Van can be found near Downtown, Kits, and Olympic Village. Just check the Find Us page on our website and you can keep track of our whereabouts. If you want more of our delicious treats, we will be operating a pop-up shop at the McArthurGlen Outlet this summer.
We want to bring our vision to life. We hope to open Canada’s first Vice Cream scoop shop in the fall, and to operate the greenest ice cream vehicle in North America.

Our brand new vice cream scoop shop is located at 1022 Mainland Street, Vancouver, in the heart of Yaletown. Come visit us! For hours of operation, check out our 'find us' page.
Dairy-free is the way to be. Canadians are dropping dairy like no other and people are looking for healthier alternatives to their indulgences. Whether the reasons are environmental, ethical, or purely for health, people are hopping on the dairy-free bandwagon.
We want our customers to have unlimited options for their vice cream addiction. We offer 12 select flavours daily, and 4-6 seasonal flavours. Our vice cream is made fresh every single day.
We ❤ the planet. Our containers are made out of straw so we can keep the Earth happy.
Our goal is to have Nice Vice packaging that is 100% sustainable, recyclable, and compostable using plant-based containers.
Meet Chris White
The Bad Vice Conquerer
Chris White grew up in the ice cream world. His dad cruised around London in the sixties in his very own ice cream truck, sharing all the stories of his adventures with Chris. Ice cream is something close to Chris’ heart, which was part of the inspiration for Nice Vice.
Chris wanted to create a product that was still tasty and reminiscent of his childhood. After being in recovery and clean for six years, Chris sought to replace his bad vices with new and nice ones. Inspired by vice cream pioneer Jeff Rogers (The Naughty Vegan), Chris began making his own vice cream (from scratch) out of his kitchen for himself and his three boys. He also attended the Ice Cream University in NYC with the Godfather of Ice Cream, Malcolm Stogo, and did a "workation" in Austin, Texas with Sweet Ritual, another vice cream parlour.
Chris is passionate about producing a healthy, sustainable, and guilt-free indulgence for his local community of Vancouver. There are no limits to his vision for Nice Vice – he's eager to open several dairy-free scoop shops, a fleet of vice cream vans, and even expand into different food groups!
